Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Amper Digital LLC

This Privacy Policy explains how Amper Digital LLC (“Amper,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit amper-digital.com, submit enrollment or contact forms, or purchase access to our online 3ds Max courses and asset packs. Please read it with our Terms of Service and Refund & Access policy.

1. Who we are

Amper Digital LLC is a United States limited liability company providing professional online education in Autodesk 3ds Max, including courses in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering, accompanied by exclusive assets, materials, and project files. Our public business address is 224 4th St, Des Moines, IA 50309, United States. Phone: +1 (515) 245-1252. For privacy questions, use the contact form on our website or email the address listed on the site once a domain mailbox is active.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method when you submit forms.
  • Enrollment data — course or kit interest, optional Amp Stack path notes, and free-text messages about goals or experience.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP, referring pages, and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Transaction records — when payment is arranged offline or through a third-party processor you choose, we keep records of what you purchased and access granted; we do not store full payment card numbers on this website.
  • Communications — emails or messages you send us regarding access, refunds, or support.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to enrollment and contact requests and confirm course or kit access;
  • Deliver digital materials (lesson access notes, asset pack download links) and related support;
  • Improve site performance, security, and clarity of our catalog;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms;
  • Send transactional messages about your request (not bulk marketing unless you separately opt in).

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we may rely on performance of a contract (fulfilling enrollment), legitimate interests (securing and improving the site), consent (optional cookies or marketing if offered), and legal obligation (tax or accounting records).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host email, web hosting, analytics (if enabled), or payment processing — only as needed to operate the business. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of our services.

6. Retention

Contact and enrollment records are kept as long as needed to provide access, resolve disputes, and meet bookkeeping requirements — typically for the duration of your active access plus a reasonable archive period for tax and customer-service history. Server logs may be rotated on a shorter cycle. You may request deletion subject to legal retention duties.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small education business, including HTTPS when SSL is active on the domain, access controls on mailboxes, and limited staff access to enrollment data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use strong unique passwords on any third-party download portals we provide.

8. International visitors

Our business address is in Iowa, United States. If you contact us from another country (including the EU/EEA or UK), your information may be processed in the United States. We take steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the tools we use.

9. Children’s privacy

Our courses are intended for adults and older teens with parent/guardian involvement where required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may also decline optional cookies where controls exist. Marketing opt-outs (if we ever send marketing) will be honored via unsubscribe links.

11. Third-party software

Autodesk 3ds Max and related Autodesk products are owned by Autodesk, Inc. Amper Digital is an independent education provider and is not responsible for Autodesk’s privacy practices. Install and license Autodesk software under Autodesk’s terms.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
